1. What is morabilia.com?

We are an agency dedicated to the rental of furnished and fully equipped apartments. In addition to place you in an apartment to your liking we deal assist you in everything you need during your stay.

2.a. How do I make a reservation?

Sign on the button "Browse" within the department you chose and then complete the registration form. You also can log in from any button "Contact" you see in the Navigation Bar. Tell us your liking department. Or the features you're looking for. The preferred date and the number of people that will come.

2.b. How much should I pay to make a reservation?

You have to pay 20% of the total value of the stay.

3. What is the minimum time to spend?

Most of our departments do not require a minimum stay.

4.a. How and when the stay must be paid?

When booking the property, you must pay 20% of the total value of the stay

4.b. Do I have to pay any fees?

We do not charge any commission, you just pay $ 40 - as administrative expenses.

5. Do the prices include taxes?

Normally prices listed include all costs of the apartment: electricity, gas, expenses, taxes, water and, when specified, cable TV and maid service once a week.

In all cases, the expenses included in the list published in each department, please check the expenditure included in the selected department.

6. Should I pay a security deposit to rent the apartment?

You have to pay under a guarantee:

  • a) If the stay is less than or equal to 2 weeks: The value of 1 week stay.
  • b) If the stay is between 2 weeks and a month: The equivalent of two weeks of stay.
  • c) If the stay is one month: The value of 2 week stay.
  • d) If the stay over one month is: The value of one month stays.

7. How and when do I get the keys?

You will receive a representative of Morabilia, on the day and time agreed to hand over the keys and sign the contract.

It is also normal for the owner to receive concur to welcome, explain the operation of the department and made available for any assistance you may require during your stay.

8. Who will make my check out of the apartment?

The department owner on day and time agreed.

9. How often the apartment will be cleaned?

When the maid service is included, it consists of cleaning the unit making personnel hired by the property owner. Normally departments including housekeeping, include it as often as once a week.

In these cases, cleaning supplies for the performance of service are provided by the owner.

Maid service does not include the change and wash the linen except where otherwise specified.

If you need more than the included in the rental rate may apply at the time of arrival to the owner for the additional service required to be managed.

10. Do the apartments include bed linen and towels?

All our apartments have sheets and towels.

11. What happens if I break something?

You must pay the broken furniture.

12. What if I need help or information during my stay?

13. Do the apartments have a telephone?

Most of the departments included in the site have any of the following telephone systems:

  • a) Pre - pay : a telephone line operated credits are added to the phone line . In these cases you can buy pre-paid phone cards on line and include a certain amount of credits to use during your stay. These cards are sold in the Parlor and charged to the line by a very simple procedure .
  • b ) Control line: telephone line that works with a number of credits already own monthly. In these cases it is likely that you already have some credits to reach the property . Once the appropriations exhausted to continue talking , you need to add more credits to the line that is done the same way as in the pre -paid lines .
  • A small portion of the departments have local phone lines open consumption. In these cases the balance on the account at the time of starting consultation and telephone consumption made as security deposit are debited left .
